Default My plateau is over!!!

AHHHH!!! I had been hovering at 143-146 for MONTHS....and I mean MONTHS. But over only the last 3 weeks I've gone from 143, to 142, to 141, to 140....to 139 today!!!! AYE Carumba!! I'm in the 130's. Honestly, I look much different, but I still feel like just a smaller version of a chubby me, but I've lost 3 sizes! I don't have any secrets, I didn't change anything....I just gave it time

YAY!

Oh, plateaus breaking is pretty much the best feeling in the world. Sometimes all it takes is time - all that hard work is paying off, even if it didn't pay off on the scale initially.

ROCK ON! It's amazing how many sizes you can drop just by losing a small amount of weight and how many sizes those last few pounds contain! I once heard that you just have to wait until your body gets rid of its favorite fat deposits, and once it does, on with the size shrinking! Looks like YOUR body is getting rid of the fat places it likes to hang onto most

Thanks ladies

I'm so THRILLED....as I'm sure you can all imagine. I havent been under 140 in 3 years! I really can't believe how much my body has changed...I never thought I would see a difference, but it seems like overnight (aka 8 months) I'm half a person!! I know its "only" 25lbs so far, but now with only 12lbs to my skinny weight (3 years ago), I can't believe it! Though my problem now is that I am unsure I will be happy losing only 12 more pounds?

If you want to lose more weight after the 12 pounds, go for it (as long as you stay in a healthy range, of course), though most likely if you are not happy, you just need to tone up a bit instead

That's true. Well ya know, cause I'm thinking. When I was at 127 I was happy and never thought about my weight. But now that I think about it.....even at 127, although I was technically "thin", I definitely could have stood to lose a few pounds. I guess when I get there I'll make the decision.....there's time
