Hi Shayla... and welcome! You'll find lots of great info here... and inspiration too. Do you have a plan that you're following?

Hi JSNTD. I don't have a plan yet. My husband and I recently lost weight on the Suzanne Somers Diet. But as soon as I varied I gained 7lbs. back quickly. We did fine as long as we kept things prepared and ready to eat but as soon as our schedule got too busy for me to plan ahead we got off track. So, I really don't know if we should try to follow that plan again or not. I guess the power lies in consistency. And I wasn't consistent. I so wish I could stay off of the diet yo yo. I go up and down.

I know what you mean... Life gets in the way of dieting sometimes! My problem is when I'm out with thinner friends. I don't have the willpower to order what I should (read "salad") when they're ordering all the yummy stuff. However, I should get a pat on the back because yesterday a coworker brought in a cheesecake - homemade by his wife - and I didn't touch the first crumb! Man, that was hard!!!

Well, whatever the case, I'm sure you'll find the right path. Or just change paths until you do.

Homemade cheesecake! You did better than me...I gave in to a cupcake at a birthday party this weekend. I have to get back in the groove here.
