Well today is my 20th Birthday and I've decided to do something about my weight! I do have an underactivethyriod (unfortunatly from birth and will be a life long problem) & depression but I don't want to use that as an excuse for my weight/size. I want to now try and make an impact on my weight no matter how small that maybe.
I have tried xenical and that is not nice so looks like I will try eating in different ways, always been a healthy eater but no harm in trying right? Just got to find the will power.
I am trying the slimming world approach to start then see where is leads.
If any one has any tips or advice it would be greatly appericated!
