I'm back
Wow, I can't believe it's been over 2 weeks (I think) since I last logged onto the board. Lets see, first I got my TOM which meant 2 days of binging, then I got sick which meant 2 days of not being able to eat anything but crackers. It also meant I wasn't able to exercise. The good news though, I snuck a peek at the scale on Thursday and I only went up to 135. So I'm happy. I missed last Friday's weigh in and since I don't want to change my weigh in day I'm going to wait until this Friday to change it. I'm hopeing to be down to 132 or 133. But now I'm ready to get totally back on track. I vow to give it 100, no make that 200% this week to get off this platau I've been on. Absolutely no junk or fatty foods this week. Plus I finally got copy of Hip Hop Abs from ebay so that's really motivating me.
