Smile Hello

Hi, I'm new here, but I'm a long time lurker of weight loss forums.

At the beginning of September, I started to change my eating habits to live a healthier life, and I'm looking for other like minded people to chat with and stay supportive and motivated with.

I've tried to lose weight in the past (hasn't everyone?) and fell off the wagon several times. The last time was the most frustrating because I when I look at it (in hindsight) I was only 30 lbs away from my goal weight then, but I got stuck in a plateau and didn't have anyone who was really there to keep me going. I know I have issues with patience sometimes, so I need someone to encourage me when I hit that plateau again.

Anyhoo, you guys and gals seem to be a motivated bunch and I wanted to join in. That's all. I look forward to the journey with you all.

yes I know exactly what you are going through, because that is exactly what I am going through. Up and down, up and down, it gets discouraging to where you start to give up. but we are not going to do that again! right? I will help you if you need that support. I started my own forrum under Weight Watchers weigh ins and countdowns. Its for anyone that would like to join me with a weekly weigh in, and give each other support. hope to see you in there.
