Hi All!!!!
My name is Lee and I am new here. I found this site looking for core recipes for WW. I just started last Friday. I am excited about finally making the decision to improve my health. I have lost 2 pounds so far, but my biggest concern is being healthy and CUTE!!! My current weight is 304.9. Changing the way I eat is really challenging, not to mention excersise

. My plan is to be committed and take it day by day and week by week. I am a mother of three that works full time and college part time. I LOVE FOOD, I love to cook (which is part of my problem). It's a hard thing to admit, but I am addicted to food/eating. It consumes my life. I would welcome any advice on how do to deal with that..if there is anyone out there with the same problem or someone who has overcome it. I'm 33 years old and I am realizing that I can't live the same way I did when I was 21. I have never been really small or skinny...
