Over the next two weeks, I am going to be working the early morning shift instead of the afternoon shift. And, after that, I am going to be traveling to visit DH's family.
I don't know exactly how to fit in my walking. My plan is to walk when I get home from work - I don't see any excuse for not doing it

, but I am not sure what to do about the traveling. I don't want to make a big deal out of "my exercise". I may not be able to do just what I do at home, but I want to be sure that I do at least something every day for a few minutes.
I know some folks like to vary the scenery during their walking. I like the set routine - it comforts me and I can think/meditate/daydream while I am walking. Changing the routine upsets me. Poor me

One thing I have mastered, for now, is the food. The solution? BRING FOOD and eat it instead of bad stuff.
