Default Dark Chocolate Covered Altoids...

These lil chocolate mints pack a wallop and at 15 calories for 2 pieces, it truly takes the edge off of my chocolate cravings. These have helped put my chocolate monster at bay and have been my saving grace to enjoy a few dark altoids or 1 piece of dove dark chocolate or russel stovers for a mere 40 calories. They are my daily lil indulgences that I have incorporated into my lifestyle. I never liked dark chocolate before, but now I LOVE these 3 brands, who would have thunk? Moderation is key though, 1 or two pieces is the MAGIC number to stick too only....

I will have to look for the Altoids! Those sound wonderful. My daily indulgence is to have one piece of Dove dark chocolate after lunch with a glass of iced coffee. Knowing I get this treat keeps me from craving things I shouldn't be thinking about.

I love the peppermint ones and have been eating them for months now. I also have discovered Lindt 85% Cacoa bars. One little square is only about 50 calories.

I've seen the commercials for the dark chocolate altoids but never tried them. I didn't know if they would be good or not. Now, I'll have to go out and get some!

Lindt Cacoa bars are DELISH! I really love dark chocolate and heard it actually has some healthy chemicals in it. Plus, it's a known aphrodesiac!

Try em, you won't be dissapointed. I buy the peppermint ones. I see they also have cinammon ones as well as ginger ones covered in choccie too.
They truly are delish! Being I can't have gum since I cut out the artifically sweeteners completely, these babies certainly satisfy, they taste just like junior mints or peppermint patties, so if you like either of these, you will love the chocolate covered altoids too.

My mom gave me some of the peppermint ones in my Christmas stocking. Good stuff!

I like dark chocolate bars, esp. since I don't feel like binging on them, and I only eat one square at a time, and slowly.

Anyone know if these are sold in Alberta? They sound good!

I bought a 70% chocolate bar (the highest I've tried and liked) at Purdy's. Oh My GOODNESS was it yummy. I just take a bite each day and it helps calm my cravings

I think the reason why I hate dark chocoalte is because it reminds me of ex-lax. I found a whole bar one time when I was in grade 2 and brought it to school and ate the whole thing... I'm sure you can imagine what happened!!!

LOL I think I've finally overcome my dark chocolate phobia.
