Default Healthy Choice Cafe Steamer

Hi. Just wanted to chime in and say that I am a very picky eater and usually hate any kind of diet TV Dinner type meals - and I REALLY liked this one. Which to me says that most anybody would

I tried the Chicken Margherita which had a balsamic dressing over noodles and chicken and veggies. It tasted great and the nutrition label looked good it was also really easy to cook. I could have had a salad or something to go with it... but it still was fairly filling. Maybe more of a lunch then dinner item.

Hubby had the Grilled Whiskey Steak and I stole a bite - it was also quite tasty.

Funny, I bought one earlier. I'm not sure what kind it is, just know it has chicken. Maybe I'll eat it for lunch tomorrow

I've had the creamy dill salmon, and just had the General Tso's spicy chicken the other night. The latter is about 430 calories, is that a little high?

I've had two Cafe Steamers so far, Gen. Tsao's Chicken & today the Grilled Chicken with pasta/broc/marinera sauce. Both very good, but not so filling. The Gr. Chicken (10oz.) = 250 calories ... so I put 1/2 TABL. olive oil in it to get some healthy fat & add some "heft".

I have a shrimp/chicken steamer in the freezer too.
