Default I lost 26 lbs over the summer

but I was working my a$$ off although I still ate everyday what I wanted cookies, crisps, ice cream. But now Im back home relaxing and still eating the same and as much as I dont wanna touch all these goodies I cant stop myself I still have another 26lbs to lose I made a bet with my mom i would lose 10 this week as a joke and to see if i would really put effort in it for 1 week how much i could lose and if i can actually reach the 10 lbs ofcourse its not the right way I know. But does anyone have any good tips how i can get myself to excersise and cut down on food again. Pls I need advice..

Hey May1,

As you see I got to my first goal. I've tried lots of things to lose weight, and what I've found is the best general thing for me is to count calories in foods. You can do this online at different websites like FitDay, TheDailyPlate, and others. The calories of foods are often already on the website--you just have to enter what you eat in your log.

The best way to go is to eat healthy foods in restricted amounts. You can restrict either by calories, or by portions, or by points (Weight Watchers) or some other system, but you should choose one and stay with it.

3FC has reviews of many diet plans on the main page--just click the Diets button.

It's really not possible to lose 10 pounds a week in a healthy way.

You'll probably have to get the crisps, cookies, ice cream, etc. out of the house to get started on losing. If you just can't stop yourself then the best thing to do is get them far away. Lock them up. Whatever.

You have a good loss now, don't blow it on cookies, etc. 10 pounds in 1 week is not a healthy goal.You can do it.
