First weigh in tonight!
I've officially completed my first week of WW and tonight is my first weigh in. I'm actually pretty excited about it (who would have thought?!) because I think I did a good job of following the program. It’s not nearly as hard as I thought with the bonus points and activity points (which I didn’t really use much of either, only about 5 bonus points this week). I actually have 33 points so that’s a lot and it’s almost hard to use them, I only went a little over when I went out to dinner on Friday night. I’m glad that WW has really forced me to think about my choices though and make sure I follow the healthy guidelines but I can also eat what I want if I plan my day out well.
