I had done some experimentation with a different plan for people with depression, it focused on eating small portions of carbs and sugars, but for ME, when I eat like that my cravings go nuts! I just have to make sure I take my Saint Johns Wort. When my cravings go out of control, I get even more depressed!
Other issues I have had - eating too much cheese, string cheese is so easy but I eat too much and it does stop up the plumbing, if you catch my drift. Plus, I am so much on the go, I need fast ideas, and portable - I work full time and then have a Mary Kay business. I have had a hostess plant a plate of strawberry shortcake in my lap - I don't want to offend people at a party because I want them to buy. I guess before the party starts I need to tell the hostess something in a tactful way. Ideas welcome!

So I am starting again on phase 1. I need to make this work this time, I know it has worked for me before!
