Default I'm A Wrap Star! (Sonoma lunch wraps that is!)

YUM! If you haven't tried those low-carb/high fiber tortillas, I love the "Tumaros" brand green onion ones. Only 100 calories and 7 grams of protein, 7 grams of fiber!

Well the varieties vary, that is for the green onion variety.

I had this with turkey, spinach, chopped cucumber & tomato and a little hummus and feta cheese.

The only thing is if you want to take it to work, put the filling in a ziplock bag or something and assemble it at lunchtime, cuz it WILL get soggy sitting around.

I've gotten into wraps too. I don't think we have that brand here but I'll look. I had one for dinner last night. When I take them to work, I put the filling in a baggie and assemble for exactly that reason and it works great.

I used to do wraps but haven't since starting Sonoma. Will have to try some. I've never heard of that brand though - must be only in the US.

Do you have Mission brand tortillas? The do have the whole wheat and the multi-grain....they have twice as many calories but you could always use half of one.

I love the wraps they make at the little Armenian deli by my house, but alas they use white flatbread, big no-bueno on the plan here, also they put TONS of olive oil & hummus on them, a little too much a good thing.....so better if I make them myself.

Honestly, if you have the stuff chopped up it's like two minutes to make this.

Acutally, I tried these sandwiches in a lettuce leaf -- not bad!!
