2 days- lose 10 pounds!
Hello everyone! i came accross this diet from a friends mom. I read the book on it and it seems impressive. what you do is make a shake consisting of once cup of non fat yogurt, one cup of cranberry juice, one cup of grape juice, one cup of soy milk and a half teaspoon of wheat germ...you blend this all up and then you drink it throughout the day for two days. the catch is..you can only drink this and water! make a second batch for the second day and sip on it throughout your day. it takes alot of willpower but it works! I am starting it monday morning and ill let you know how i feel on wednesday! oh and by the way..it is dangerous to do this too often..if you want to do it again you MUST wait AT LEAST 3 weeks! good luck everyone and im here to support all of you if you try this! wish me luck!Hello everyone! i came accross this diet from a friends mom.
