Smile 2 days- lose 10 pounds!

Hello everyone! i came accross this diet from a friends mom. I read the book on it and it seems impressive. what you do is make a shake consisting of once cup of non fat yogurt, one cup of cranberry juice, one cup of grape juice, one cup of soy milk and a half teaspoon of wheat germ...you blend this all up and then you drink it throughout the day for two days. the catch is..you can only drink this and water! make a second batch for the second day and sip on it throughout your day. it takes alot of willpower but it works! I am starting it monday morning and ill let you know how i feel on wednesday! oh and by the way..it is dangerous to do this too often..if you want to do it again you MUST wait AT LEAST 3 weeks! good luck everyone and im here to support all of you if you try this! wish me luck!Hello everyone! i came accross this diet from a friends mom. You only drink one of these drinks per day? Didn't you starve? Just curious.

Hi there.
How did your diet go?I know this was awhile a ago.But what was this diet called?And what was the book you read?I'd love to read it.I'd never heard of it before i read it the other day.
Iwent on it and lost the 10 lbs felt great no trouble staying on it.

Did it for 2 days last week then ate regular stuff & was up 1.2# at w/i - couldn't believe it!

HI there sorry you had no weight loss.This is a crazy diet.Altho i've
kept the weight off i have had hand/legs/feet cramps.So i believe the drink takes the extra fluids out of the body.Not good.

Ok, so this is a liquid diet? If so, then, isn't that what Oprah did, gained weight back and then some? Also, didn't some people get very very ill off of the liquid style diets..



This is just my opinion.. But this sounds dangerous..
