Back, and I'm not going anywhere!
I fell off the bandwagon.
After my boyfriend left to finish the last part of his Marine Corps service last month, I decided to find a replacement boyfriend- FOOD! My boyfriend and I have been dating almost 3 years now, but this last time he left was the hardest, even though it will be the LAST TIME. I ate and I ate and I ate...
Now I need to get my butt in shape. My goal is a far away one, since he comes back in May of next year. But I'm hoping to reach my goal weight by then. Since I don't have tons to lose, that will still be a struggle for me.
I've still stuck around here, in a major lurk mode. But there were days that I just couldn't bring myself to look because I would be chewing on something naughty as I was reading about healthy meals and exercise plans that *I* used to be doing.
Anywho, I know I can do this and I'm back here for good!
