as much power as i can for may.

  • hello again to all its been a while yet another shoulder injury and 3 cortisone shots have piled me back to 322 (now 308). i'm aiming to slim down doing diet and cycling/rowing/skipping till i get to 270ish then i'm gonna jog. but the main thing is i'm looking at building power. i want to lift weights quickly and powerfully. i am having the winter of rugby due to being in my final year of uni. but i can play the 13man code next summer again and i want to be faster and stronger so i can smash people

consentrating on free weights to build the fixator muscles Deadlifts squats and major presses. i'm also moving back towards doing the powerclean which i used to do in training a few years back and got rather good at.

i also have one of those really sadistic russian doorstops i mean kettlebell, thats been gathering dust since i did my shoulder. thats site listed on the stickies for kettlebells is great! as of tomorrow morning i'm getting ready for next season which starts in may!
