Default Frozen Meals

I forgot how much I love frozen dinners! Last night for dinner I ate Smart Ones Ravioli Florentine...oh so yummy, and then today for lunch I had a lean cuisine Panini once again amazing! I think I am going to go back to Target and stock up.At target the smart ones meals were $2. I didn't think that was bad at all. $2 for a dinner/lunch...works for me! How did I ever get away from these thing?!

AH, yes. I am doing this too. I shop at Food Lion and they are a little more expensive there but yesterday at Wal-mart I noticed they are 1.75. CHEAP!!!
That is for the Healthy Choices and SmartOnes.

I eat one for lunch and one for dinner.

I like the LC panini (chicken and spinach). I also like their lasagna florentine and the spa cuisine butternut squash ravioli. It has lots of veggies. Some of the frozen stuff I don't care for- the sauces aren't "right", but generally the pastas are pretty good.

I use them for lunches (when I can't seem to come up with one to make) and dinners on those too tired or busy to cook nights. I also keep a couple super low points ones for days I went overboard earlier.

I've never bought the Healthy Choice stuff. How do they fare against the Smart Ones or Lean Cuisine in terms of points/quality?

There used to be an advertisment on the top for the new healthy choice steemers. I checked them out and there very good and filling. There also pretty low in calories too. The one I had yesterday was like 240c.

I am equal opportunity. I do South Beach, Lean Cuisine, Smart Ones, and Healthy Choice. I love the paninis. HC and LC makes them. The HC steamers are very filling. I always do a meal for lunch and most nights for dinner also. Every now and then I will do something else for dinner. I'm not a big cooker so the meals are convenient. I am looking into making some WW recipes too in the near future so I don't get bored.

I try a little bit of everything...so far LOVE LOVE LOVE anything smart ones! and the paninis yum. I am so in love. I think bf is getting sick of them but I'm definately not! I havent had a healthy choice in a long while, but when I did they were good depending on what you got. Also, if you are on a budget the lean gourmet (at krogers and walmart) can be for 10/$10 a lot of times! That is such a good deal and they are wonderful....at least I think so

I don't know if everyone has a Safeway but they have their own brand of meals too: Eating Right. Eating Right branches out into I think breakfast bars and cereals and other things too. I just buy the meals. I think they are similiar to Lean Cuisine.

Speaking of Lean Cuisine they are selling those lunch bags again that benefit Breast Cancer. I missed out on them last year. I waited too late and they were sold out. I got in early this year. It started on Sept 1st. There are 3 different styles. You pick the one you want and its $9.95. That includes shipping and handling. $5.00 goes toward the cause.

Default Daily meal plan

I am looking for a SAMPLE meal plan for WW, (I may have overlooked it)
I am not new to 3FC but new to WW, and have some questions.
I bring the WW, LC, HC & Lean Gourmet dinners to lunch everyday, and since I go between the 4 different brands I never get bored with them but what about the rest of the day??

Here is an example of my daily eats

B: Special K bar
S: fruit or 100 cal pack
L: Frozen dinner
S: fruit or yogurt or SF Jello or 100 cal pack
D: usually something grilled and veggies

It would be great if someone could llok it over and give me some suggestions to tweak it a bit!

I always steam about a cup to a cup and a half of frozen broccoli (w/a little garlic salt) and add it to my frozen meal.

GA:

My sample day:
B: WW Yogurt and WW cereal w/ ff milk or 2 mini whole wheat bagels w/ spray butter
S: Kashi bar
L: frozen meal w/ broccoli
S: kettle corn mini bag & Kashi bar
D: frozen meal w/ broccoli & big salad w/rf feta, tomatoes, ff sf balsalmic, kalamata olives
D: FF SF pudding

I keep bfast & lunch pretty much the same and leave dinner for my variety. The more veggies the better: veggies are virtually FREE!!

The Michelinas Lean Gourmets are really good...and low in points, which they list on the box. They are also very inexpensive. Sometimes I can find the snack rolls that are similar to pizza rolls. They are 4 points for 11 of them. The buffalo chicken is my favorite.
