Hmm that is a really interesting article. Thanks for bring it to our attention. Am I understanding everything correctly that when you get a tummy tuck it only takes off a few pounds (5 or 10) unless you get lipo with it? I'm just curious about all of this because it is something I would like to do after I get to my goal weight.

Meg - I'm curious - I doubt I will ever have surgery - no way a single Mom can afford it AND to take time off from work) - but with the swelling did your clothing size go up ??? Was it a greatly noticeable amount of swelling as in to other people ????

OMG!!! 200 deep stitches......Just the thought of it has me squirming in my seat.

Great article though. Kind of squelches the idea that the rest of what I need to lose is loose skin.

So I'm assuming you can't shower ????? btw - the info about your butt was fine - mine used to be nice and curvy but the treadmill has killed it
