Janis Saffell and Flirty Girl Fitness
Hi everyone. Im new to the forums. I was browsing through this one looking for ideas. I didnt see any threads about Janis Saffell and Flirty Girl Fitness. I just want to say that these DVDs are awesome! Janis Saffell thats pretty much all kickboxing but she also has a yoga and pilates DVD which I havent tried. Flirtygirl fitness is aerobic striptease and its nothing like Carmen Electra! Ive tried those and wow ca we spell H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E!!!!
