I have a story...

My think fit genetically gifted SIL was over and I showed her my chin up bar and she said "let me see if I can still do a chin up" and she did it, just like that.

Well as much as I love her dearly I was so annoyed that I went over and did a chin up too. I am not going to be shown up.

And then it came to me OMG I did a chin up. I did it a complete up and down. And then I did another one. Two sets of one.

Sound the trumpets. Yipeeeee....

The first one is the hardest one! It's all downhill from here. WTG!

It looks like you probably could have done it earlier but had a mental block/ lack of confidence and needed that extra bit of motivation.
