I got sidetracked a couple weeks ago and started slacking - or should I say snacking - and gained back a few of the pounds I had lost (I went from 183.2 to 186.4), and I'm happy to say I got myself back on track and I can start moving my ticker in the right direction again. I weighed myself this morning and it said 181.2 - Only 1.2 pounds until I'm overweight!
