Angry Trying Weight Watchers Again!

I was wondering if anyone out there had a listing of foods that have ww points. Or any tips on foods that are satisfying. I have tried cooking their recipes but found that most of them had fancy ingredients that I didn't have around the house. Also looking for a big old dose of motivation. I am such a junk food snacker and combo meal eater! Thanks!

Lucy-There is a WW board on 3fatchicks. Just scroll down, and you will find out. Also, I joined WW Online at www.weightwatchers.com, and there is a lot of useful information there. Hope this helps!

DWLZ.com has a lot of food points. You could go to a WW center and buy the Food Companion. As for motivation, only you can control what goes into your mouth. We can give you advice and encouragement, but you will have to actually do it. There are also a lot of good recipes on this site that don't have unusual ingredients. You will have to give up some of those combo meals and snacks and start eating a balanced sensible food plan and exercise if you truly want to be successful. Once I did that, the weight came off. I know it isn't easy, but YOU can do it!

Thanks for the words of encouragement. I think giving each of the foods you eat a point value and journaling really makes you stop and think what you put in your mouth! I am trying to walk 2 miles a day and drink lots of water so I'll post back in a week or so if I get some good results! Thanks Again!
