Hi Jax - I'm not on the Sonoma Diet, so maybe this isn't relevant, but for what it is worth, milk is milk, as far as I can tell. I calculate my skim milk in my breakfast calories for the whole day - whether I put it in my coffee, on my cereal, in my tea... whatever, whenever. I can't see why it would make a difference regardless of what diet you are following, but maybe someone else has more insight than me!
