Me: 174.5, down 3 pounds from last week. Hey, I broke 175, and this is *not* an artificially low weigh in. And last week, I bought some new pants for work. They are sized 12, while the old ones were sized 12/14, and made from a very stretchy material. These aren't, and are smaller with much less give. They actually hold in my belly a bit, making me look thinner. And I can actually wear them comfortably. This has been a very good week.
Tealeaf...that is awesome!! I can't remember what thread you posted those 3 pics of you in...I think the 20 pounds make a difference thread...but you are amazing!!! Congratulations!!
Me, I'm down one pound this week. I am officially in the 140's now!!! Last weekend I saw 148.5 for two whole days...then TOM struck and today I am only seeing 149. But hey....as long as I am "officially" in the 140's....I'm excited!!!!

In spite of having been on vacation and eaten everything in sight (although portion control was in effect), I weight 154 this morning. The lowest I've been. This is probably "artificial", but I'm going with it anyway.
Erf, I've regained about 1.5 lbs. Which doesn't surprise me, after the madness of birthday parties last week. I'm not changing my ticker, because I'm already working on getting that down again, but let's admit it all the same. Hiding my head in the sand wouldn't do much good now, would it?
Chin up Kary. We all have those weeks when we end up regaining something we've lost. I don't change my ticker either. I only move my ticker one way....DOWN!!!! lol. At least you are getting that 1.5 pounds under control and moving it out again!! I bet next week, you'll be down that plus one!!
Congrats Tealeaf, Lumifan, Gail, and SkiniJeni! I am down half a pound, so 177 on the dot. This is amazing since my parent's home is filled with junk food and sometimes I can't resist (chocolate covered macadamias...), but I have been good at keeping up with my exercise.
Next week I am back to Peru and back to my place and back to staying on plan!

I rarely move my ticker up. If I gain a couple pounds, I just wait until they're back off and attempt to continue losing.
I went shopping the other day and got a couple cute shirts and accessories. I'm not quite ready to get new pants yet, but hopefully I'll be a slim 8/large 6/9 jr by the time I hit 145. (Right now, I'm a slim 10/large 8/11 jr depending on the designer.)
