Default Get ready to stand in line........

to pat me on the back

Yesterday I worked out

Not once

Not twice

Not thrice (I think thats a word)

But FOUR times

I went at lunch and did a body flow class which is a combination of yoga, tai chi, and pilates.

Then after work, I went and did 3 laps in the pool swimming and 2 laps trying to run in the pool.

Then when I got home, I checked out the On Demand feature on my cable. They have a whole section called Exercise TV. I did the 2 minute ab routine and the thin thighs (15 minutes) workout.

Still later I again checked out the Exercise TV and did the belly dancing yoga. I also looked at the Girls Next Door workouts (For those that havent seen the show, the girls next door are Hugh Hefner's girlfriends). I couldnt stand looking at that tiny girl with big boobs long enough to do the workout, plus my daughter kept getting in my way while I was trying to workout.

THEN, I got up this morning and did some stretching and some ab work.

Im pretty sore so I thought the stretching would help. Cant make it that much today, but going to the gym at lunch for Cardio and prolly do some more Exercise TV tonite. Had 3 slices of pizza yesterday for lunch and still stayed the same weight, Thank God!

Hey cara! You sure have a ton more energy than I have! All that activity sounds really good--as long as you do get some rest time in between. Too much exercise can break down your muscles, and they need time to recover.

Also, I can't exactly give you points for those 3 pieces of pizza... Try not to get onto that slippery slope of thinking that lots of exercise means you can eat a lot of "bad" foods... Step away from the pizza.

The pizza was a thing at work. During the summer months we get pizza every wed. I dont deliberatly buy it for home.

Gererally I try to go to the gym m-f. I alternate upper body with lower body, but do cardio and ab's everyday. I dont usually have a ton of energy, but I have been being really stressed at work so Im using the gym to work off my frustrations.

Hey Cara. Great going on all that exercise!!!! I know you're all excited and gung ho, I just don't want you to hurt yourself.

As far as that pizza goes (yummy), since you know it's coming every Wednesday, maybe you could bring a large salad from home with you and eat it along side one slice. :

It's so much better to release some of that stress through exercise instead of food. Way to go!!!!

SockMonkey, I would totally let you exercise for me as well. So if we both want each other to exercise for them, I guess we're stuck huh?

Robin, Luckily wed was the last day for it and I decided im not going to call around next year to have it donated so I should be safe.

I exercised during lunch yesterday but wasnt able to really do it at home in the evening. About 10 pm I did some ab work on the ball while I was watching a movie, but I prolly only did 10 minutes. Every little bit helps though. Now the weekend is here, so Im going to try to keep myself busy so I dont nibble the weight back on I lost this week.
