I understand where you are coming from, but you have to make a decision about food.
1. get all junk out of the house!!
2. Plan what you will eat today.
3. fruit, yogurt, rice cakes, healthy snacks!!
4. Ask yourself , look in the mirror when you are doing this: Do I want to keep overeating? What will happen in the future if I continue this way??
do you want to be like this forever?
I know it is hard. I am struggling right now, but think you have lost 11 lbs!!



If you can loose 11 , you can loose more!! I know you can!! I know I can!! So lets get our butts in gear and get back on track!!
