Hey don't worry! This shall pass. I just got done with a terrrrrrible week. Came here, and everyone told me what I needed to hear to get me back on track. You have to figure out why you want this...You have to want to be thin and healthy more than you want that junk food! I KNOW it's hard, but you just have to be stronger than the food. You have already made progress, so that alone shows you are strong enough to do this. Carefully examine and reaffirm your goals!

Hope things get better soon!

I understand where you are coming from, but you have to make a decision about food.
1. get all junk out of the house!!
2. Plan what you will eat today.
3. fruit, yogurt, rice cakes, healthy snacks!!
4. Ask yourself , look in the mirror when you are doing this: Do I want to keep overeating? What will happen in the future if I continue this way??
do you want to be like this forever?
I know it is hard. I am struggling right now, but think you have lost 11 lbs!! If you can loose 11 , you can loose more!! I know you can!! I know I can!! So lets get our butts in gear and get back on track!!

I just recovered from a hellish binging weekend, and am back on track now. Get back on track with me and others here! We can do it! Starting right now! (Hugs)
