Hello Everyone,
I'm new to this site and loving everything I am reading on the few topics that I have read so far.
My exercise is an aerobic breathing program; and I've had great results. It is quite difficult when I am so obese to find exercise programs that I will continue to follow. To date I have lost 60 pounds this year with much more to go. There are many types of aerobic/yoga breathing programs; and I do have my preference of what works for me.
Anyone else here tried any of these programs?
