Yeah , me too, leah - I had my usual veggie sub from Subway with every single vegetable on it... and it was DELICIOUS, though because it tasted so good, I keep guilt tripping myself. That's another complex I have: if something tastes really good, it MUST be bad for me, even if it's... not! For instance, I was eating Korean Kimchi the other day and thought "this must be so bad for me... IT TASTES GOOD!" Of course, Kimchi is actually really healthy, but my mind is just a little messed up
The only weight loss method I've ever stuck to in the past happens to be one that involves starvation, so I think it';s just mentally engrained in me to think that full = fat... especially because once I stopped starving, I just couldn't stop EATING!
GirlyGirlSebas, you've never been hungry while on plan? That's amazing. I'm hungry often enough, but I'd be hungry unless I ate something like 2,000-2,500 calories a day (judging from past experiences), so I'm just glad that I'm not starved.
