Hey everyone! I'm getting ready to head out for the gym. It's 7:45, my bags are packed, I ate some oatmeal, drank a little bit of water, and I'm ready to go. I'm very excited. Today is my first day at the gym. I'm only going to do the elliptical and treadmill since I'm not familiar with the other machines yet. Saturday morning is my orientation.
And some of yall may remember me from earlier this year? I had lost down to 241 and then went on a terrible "who-gives-a-rats" emotional/eating spree. I was some what depressed for an entire month over some stuff. I gave it some time and ... Anyway, I'm back at it now. I'm not going to give up.
My daughter has really pulled back a lot from breastfeeding so that means I should exercise even more and be much more careful of my food choices.
Send me some happy gym vibes. I'm a bit nervous about exercising in front of people.
