Default WATP Super Fat Burning

Ok for the first time today I did the WATP Super Fat Burning video. I only did 2 miles because I couldn't do anymore. Is it ok to just do 2 miles of the video or should I try the 2 mile video?

The 2 mile might be a more gentle pace (not sure I don't have either of those videos) but you can do any portion of the videos. I have the 4 mile super challenge and she even says in the middle you can stop here and cool down if you want or continue on to the last 2 miles. Just make sure you cool down a bit and do a few stretchs.

Edit to add: I started off with one of the 2 mile ones, and it was really hard for me at first. Just be sure you take it at your own pace. Once you drop some and improve your cardio a bit I recommed the 4milesuperchallenge of all them I've tried from WATP its the one I like the most.

I was reading the other posts on that it looks like a lot of people like it. I also do 60 minutes of water aerobics twice a week. Maybe I will try the 4milesuperchallenge. I got the other one from netflix to see if I liked it before I bought it. I like how you can just walk if you get to tired to do the rest. I am going on a cruise in 6 weeks and want to be able to be active and feel good!

Well if you're only upto about 2 miles I'm not sure I'd get the 4mileSC just yet (They move quite quick/brisk in the middle 2 miles!) but I'd definately look into it when you can do the 2 miles fairly well. I hear Water Aerobics are great for the joints... never tried it though never wanted to get in a bathing suit.

I love water aerobics. It was hard to get in a suit at first but I figure hey I am there to get healthy who cares what I look like. It is a really good workout and it keeps you nice and cool in the water.
