Reintroducing myself
Hi! I've been reading these boards for a long time, but I want to become more involved because I really think I need the support.
I turned 40 this year and I'm ready to turn my life around.
I'm not on a particular diet plan, however, I want to learn how to have a healthy relationship with food.
I'd like to get down to 180 lbs by making good food choices and exercising most days of the week. 180 is the lowest weight I've maintained as an adult (but it's been about 5 years since I've been there). I'd ultimately like to get down to 160, but I don't know if that's a reasonable weight for me. I'm 6' tall, and have a medium frame. According to weight charts, that would be a good weight for me, however, I don't want to struggle. So, we'll see.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to getting to know you all.
