Default Fiber One Raisin Bran Clusters

My husband is a big cereal eater. Is Fiber One Raisin Bran ok on Phase 2?

Thanks!

Unfortunately, cielle, they have way too much sugar, and raisins are very limited. I've looked at that Fiber One Raisin Bran Clusters with longing, too! Try adding some chopped dried apricots or unsweetened dried cranberries and a few chopped nuts to your cereal, it makes a great alternative!

Cottage, my darling...have you found a supplier for unsweetened dried cranberries??? If so, I will send you a gazillion dollars if you'll mail some to me!!! I've been going insane trying to find anyone who carries them...I even checked in Germany and France! No, seriously, I did! I made my own, but they're kinda...crunchy.

Beachgal ~ Hi, Sweetie! I actually first discovered the unsweetened cranberries in that food co-op in Ithaca that you told me about! They were in the bulk food section, and were sweetened with apple juice. I bought a huge bag of them when I was there, but I ran out of them long ago and have been on the search for more ever since. Whole Foods carries an unsweetened cranberry, but they're a little too crunchy for my liking. I finally found them at my Giant store, but I'm currently out of them, and I can't remember the brand name. I'll make sure to let you all know the name of them next time I'm at the store (probably tomorrow!).

Fiber One Raisin Bran Clusters....AAARRRGGGHHH! Too much sugar! I couldn't find my fave granola at the store and bought some just this past weekend. They are WAY TOO SWEET! I ate one bowl and gave them to my son (a certified sugarholic). I went to a different store across town and found my low sugar granola. Whew! What a relief.

Just my 2 cents...

Beachgal, I just got back from the supermarket with more dried cranberries! They are made by Eden Organics, and the ingredients are organic dried cranberries, organic unsweetened apple juice, and organic sunflower oil. You should be able to find them in a store in your area, if not, let me know!

I don't know the brand, but any one who lives in an area where there's a Wegmans, their organic food section carries them. And if they are out, they'll be more than happy to order them for you.
