Lunch:
Applebees--Santa Fe Chicken Salad (1/2 size)

Snack:
2 oz. tuna, water packed
10 Kame rice crackers (these are small--not like the puffed rice kind)

Dinner:
Lean Cuisine--cheese lasagna with chicken scallopini
Green beans

Snack:
Natural light popcorn

Sorry I haven't posted! Had a medical procedure on Tuesday, and the pain meds kind of kept me very sleepy for a few days

1 Chocolate candy (stupid candy in public places at work, I couldn't resist!) (1.5)

Garden salad with 2 TBSP fat free Italian dressing (0)

Dinner (6.5):
4 oz Hillshire Farms Turkey Kielbasa (4.5)
Grilled Zucchini and Sweet Red Pepper (0)

I've never done one of these before, but I'll give it a shot

Breakfast:
-- 2 egg yolks (120), Ham steak (180): 300 calories / 2g carbs

Lunch
-- 2 cups Romaine Lettuce (10), 1 tsp Parmesan cheese (10), 3 TBS Caesar Dressing (270): 290 calories / 4.5 carbs

Dinner
-- Cube Steak fried in Olive Oil (300), Mashed Cauliflower (200): 500 calories/ 5g carbs

Snack
-- 300 calorie snack within plan: 300 calories / 3g carbs


Total:1390 calories / 14.5 g carbs
