my goal is basicaly to reach my ticker and try to do a workout video 4 times a week and go swimming once a week. and my food is fine just trying to keep my calorie intake under 1200 and my fat intake as low as possible (coz the more fat i eat the more to loose!) and if i do reach my ticker then i will be very very happy and hopefull i wouldve started a new goal for september!
*Continue my abstinence, and I should hit 165 days by the end of the month.
*I don't weigh again until at least the 18th, but I'm working with the goal of being under 250 at that point in mind. After the 18th I probably won't get on the scale until mid-September.
*50 miles/week (minimum) on my bike. I'm also working on getting my 5-mile time down. I'd like to be under 20 minutes by the end of the month.
..since I'm going on vacation(camping with family) , to not gain any weight aand to exercise once a day. Then when I come back get really on track with he food and have some weight loss.
Drop 5 pounds (that would put me at 146)
Excersize at least 5 times a week (4 classes and one day of walk/jogging)
Continue to eat healthy, keeping calories at about 1200 most days.
I am hoping i will drop at least an inch in the waist and bust but we'll see. I have this great red sundress with white polka dots i used to wear but at the moment, i can't get it zipped up over my rib cage and boobs!!!
I'd REALLY like to say goodbye to the 150's this month ,but if I can't do that, I'd like to get down to 154 or 155 so that I'm no longer overweight.
I only need to lose 1-2 inches off my waist now to fit SOME of my thin (though they were kind of big on me when I was thin) clothes. Fitting at least one pair of fat-thin pants would be nice!
My goal is to lose 8 pounds this month- from 143 to 135 would be nice. It might be difficult as I get a week off starting tomorrow afternoon. But I'm going to workout as much as possible and try my best to keep on track (damn bbq's!)
I don't want to change what I've been doing, because I've been eating clean (1200 cals/day, no refined carbs) and exercising at least 5 x/week. BUT, my goal and challenge will be to keep this up through 1) our cross-country move, 2) a subsequent 4-day conference, and 3) the 10 gazillion meetings (many with snacks provided) that mark the beginning of the academic year.
Losing some fat would be nice too, but I see that as a bonus.
I would like to be as close to 200 as possible. I would also love to lose 1-3 inches off my waist, but honestly any measurements moving down from what it is now will satisfy me.
My goal for this month.. hmm..
Well, I'm just starting any goals in general, so..
I'd like to lose 8 pounds. Is that a reasonable monthly goal? Should I push for more?
Along with that, I'd like to actually start working out a bit, and prepare more meals for myself rather than going with frozen dinners.
Also.. to try to convince myself to eat more more and less items such as
August goal is to get down to 175 and keep refining my weekly focus goals. Also - get myself signed up for classes - I'm finally going back to finish my degree !!
