Lets here 'em! What are your goals for August??
My scale goal is to lose 7 lbs. to get down to 183...more would be fine of course!
My exercise goal is to continue running and hiking, I'm shooting for 4-5 days a week and to cut 5-7 minutes off my 3 mile time (shooting for that 5K!)
My food goals are to just continue on what I'm doing, I'm happy with my eating habits right now!


After the 18th I probably won't get on the scale until mid-September.
