Okay...I'm having the hardest time finding some nutritional info. I need to know how many cals and fat grams are in a boneless, skinless chicken breast if I cook it in a slow cooker w/ 99%fat free chicken broth....can anyone help?!?!?

That all depends.
On how big the breast is.
Best thing to do is look up info for a chicken breast and add how many ounces it is. Some chicken breasts are only 4 ounces, some are way more than that. So there's no way for anyone to tell without knowing how much it weighs.
I wouldn't bother counting the chicken broth, since it's unlikely to affect the calories unless you consume it in soup or something. The chicken calories depends on how much it weighs. Uncooked chicken breast, skinless and boneless, has somewhere around 28 calories per ounce. A chicken breast can vary widely in size, so you might want to use a kitchen scale

There are many, many on line calorie counters that you can use. 2 of my favorites are Fitday.com and Nutritiondata.com.
