Me: 177.5, up 3.5 pounds from last week. A combination of a low weight last time, usual bloating, and a fairly disastrous failure of will power over the weekend. I know it will be better next week, but I'm not thrilled with myself now.
Still at 143. I haven't been posting a lot lately. I guess you could say I'm "taking a break" but, I still check in and read a lot. I seem to be maintaining at 143 and that's OK with me. I plan to further my journey in the fall.

I was at 59.3 kgs this morning, down 200g (1/3 of lbs) in the past two weeks. But, hey, that's a loss, right? And if I'm not mistaken, it puts me right at 131 lbs this time, and that was the next mini-goal I wanted to reach, and on top of this I can change my ticker now.
I think I have actually lost some body fat, because it is TOM and I was weighing 164 earlier in the week. My highest weight this week was 166. I didn't get the jumps back to 168 or 170. In the past I would lose and jump right back, even the gym scale in the middle of the day was lower.
I am down one pound this week. I weighed in all week at 153!!! Yay!!! (of course, this morning i was up to 154.5 but that is because TOM hit last night so i don't count that jump!!) And i am sooooo close to 152....please let me make it by Tuesday (last day of the month). But yeah....1 pound down!!!!!! I'm so happy!!!
Well, I think I might have hit a plateau, but I'm hoping so badly that I've busted it. This morning, I weighed in at 159... maybe this afternoon I'll hit 158? I predict that I HAVE to be losing SOMETHING SOMETIME soon considering all the physical activity I'm doing. Still, I've reduced my calories from 1,500-1,800 to 1,200-1,400 and have added running into the mix in hopes to make everything budge.
Hi, I just joined yesterday but have been changing my eating habits over the past 2 weeks, and I've lost 2 pounds this past week!
That was a nice little encouragement for me to keep at it.
I weighed in on Tuesday at 276 and today the same scale reads 272!!! That's a 4 lb loss!! Wahooo!! I've been kicking my butt lately and my calorie content has been a little less than normal because I've been getting sick of food. Imagine it....ME getting sick of FOOD! Alright, so maybe it's me getting sick of the stupid yucky protein shakes I have to drink. *UGH*
It's up .2 from last Friday. I had one day where I went over in calories, I tried to make up for it by exercising more and cutting calories other days, but I guess not. Oh well, time to start a new week!
