I eat the Michelina's Lean Gourmet meals sometimes - they're pretty tasty.

I aim for 1600 calories on most days, and by after lunch I've usually eaten 800 calories. That means by after lunch I've eaten half of my day's calories. Then I have a 200 calories snack at 3pm, then a 600 calorie dinner. Everyone's different, though!

I average between 1400 and 1600 calories and usually my calories are around +/- 300 for breakfast, and 300-400 for lunch. I am usually around 600-700 by the end of lunch, most days I end up with a small snack in the afternoon 100-200 calories and then dinner and sometimes a small snack or treat in the evening. I am trying more natural and whole foods so none of the lean gourmet's for me but I had them last time I lost weight (a few years ago I was closer to 230) and they were good.

My breakfast is a little more skimpy. By the time i hit lunch, i've only eaten about 250 calories. Then lunch is usually around 300, then a snack of about 120, then snack after gym class is about 130, then dinner is around 250. So after dinner, i've used up about 1100 out of 1200. So, that leaves me 100 for a snack after dinner if i want.

My breakfast is between 300-350 calories (includes my vitamin and fish oil.) My mid morning snack is around 100 cals and lunch is between 250-350 calories. So after lunch I'm usually around 700-800 calories. Factor in another snack and and dinner and I'm usually between 1400-1500 for the day.

I remember those dinners and they are tasty, but we got rid of our microwave over a year ago, so I don't buy frozen dinners anymore.

I'm finding that it's just easier to write down the calories as I go and not what I ate. I have a little pad that stays on the kitchen counter and I write down the calories for each day and then I average 2 weeks worth. I also write down my weight at the beginning of each 2 week session. The first couple of weeks, I was averaging about 1600 cals. a day but now I'm down to 1200 a day. It's not quite as hard now....maybe my stomach has shrunk. I'm trying to focus on how I'm going to maintain my loss this time. I don't want to gain all this back...guess I'm going to have to keep up with my calories from here on out. A small price to pay for sure!
