And my first impressions : it's frikken BIG and HEAVY. I must have burned 100 calories just getting it out of the box and setting it up, as that was a working in and of itself.
However, it is far from the usual cheap exercise equipment you can usually infomercial. It's super sturdy and the mats are very cushy and comfortable. It's also really adjustable.
Unfortunately I won't be able to use it tonight (kids, guests, sleep). I'll report on how much of a workout it was the first time around, though. Hopefully, it will be worth the $240.
OMG it was amazing. It was probably the best 30 minute workout I've ever had. It felt like 10 minutes, everything is worked but stretched, and I broke a good sweat and got my heart rate up.
After each strength movement you stretch the muscles extensively to reduce fatigue and damage. I feel more limber and relaxed, like yoga, but also feel worked out, like lifting weights.
I think this will be a great supplement to my TurboJaming..
I saw the woman who invented this on tv last night. She was very impressive. Her dad helped her make the prototype because she wanted a quality product. It made me want to get one. My 8 yr old takes ballet, so maybe that's a good incentive to get one. Does it take up alot of room?
Donna
It is heavy, but it folds up and has wheels so you can put it up against the wall or in a pretty good sized closet. I think it's a good, quality product.
Where can I find this fluidity? Can you purchase online or is it strictly a call-in tv product?
Also, Atari (or anyone else that knows) where did you get that body avatar?
