the Stillman diet that I am familiar with is the "Doctors Quick Weight Loss Diet"...there is NO salad or popcorn in it...you eat ONLY lean meat and fish..NO added fats...condiments (such as hot sauce, catsup, cocktail sauce, NO MAYO) in moderation, lowfat cottage cheese....and that's about it...
He co-wrote more than one book, but this is the diet he was most famous for...
it is great for plateaus and to kick off weight loss because it is so fast, but it really can't be used for long term dieting..
the book is considered rare and sells for 28 bucks on Amazon for a paperback in ok condition...
