Default Eye Opener--Ugh!

Today I started shaking my leg.

Then ... I realized to my horror that my calves were JIGGLING.

That's not normal, I thought. When did it happen that my calves gained weight?

Despite being aware of your weight, have you ever been surprised by the way it sits on your body?

Many years ago, I was also surprised when I tried on my rings and they no longer fit because my fingers were to wide

Haha, oh yes this is the story of my life.

There was a time earlier in the summer when I was going bathing suit shopping (already a traumatic experience in itself), and I noticed I had this huge BULGE on the side/back of my thighs. Now I've always carried a lot of weight in the bum/thigh area... but I guess there was just a threshold of 5 or ten pounds that caused me to gain a TON in that area, and it looked totally disproportionate.

Needless to say, I left in a hurry without buying a new bathing suit.

It's annoying and it can make you feel helpless in your weight loss/gain struggles, but don't let it get you down! Use it as motivation... in my case, whenever I wanted to break down and hit the McDonalds, I just thought of how much better my thighs would look WITHOUT that ugly bulge, and it helped me stay strong!!
