Default New Member From Texas
Hi,
My name is Christina and I come from Houston. We were actually the fattest city in America in 2005. I'm sure we still are. Ha. I also think I remember reading that Houston has more restaurants than any other city in America. Not exactly the best place to live if you're thinking about getting in shape.
I've been trying for several years to get in shape, but this time I'm going to stick with it.
I just think I need some help getting there...
I look forward to getting to know everyone.

Welcome, Christina! No city is great for getting in shape - I have plenty of restaurants here too Hopefully you find the support you need to make it work this time! I'm pretty new here, too, and I adore it here so far! So much inspiration from people who are just getting started all the way to people who have lost hundreds of pounds and are maintaining!

Hi Christina-
I'm also from Tx - just up in the panhandle. Good luck on your journey - Houston does have a million restaurants (I'm there several times each year) but luckily that means there are more places to make good choices!
