Default Day 1 of Phase II. Phase I is completed!

14 lbs officially lost on Phase 1. I feel good and had a bowl of SBD Cereal this morning with milk. It was very yummy. From what I read on this board (Because I too was so confused with the lack of info in the book) is that I'm going to just take it slowly adding carbs back in. But I did find my favorite munching snack is now Snap Peas. and I also now hate salad

Congrats, take things slowly going into ph 2, if you are going to add your cereal, then I would have that in the mornings, see how that goes for a week before you add anything else. Keep up the good work.

That's all I'm doing for Phase 2 this next 5 days. Morning Cereal. Now what about SF Choc Pudding? Can I have that as a snack or watch with the carbs?

Try a bit of the pudding, and see how it affects you. Congratulations on doing a great Phase 1!

You made it!!!! Way to go! Fourteen pounds is a terrific loss in two weeks! Have you tried some of the great salad recipes on this site? My new favorite is seven dried apricots (sliced), feta cheese, and 1/4 cup pistachios on a bed of romaine with a drizzle of olive oil and vinegar. Spicing up the greens with new and interesting toppings makes the salad more appealing to me.

Congrats again!

Oh, thanks for reminding me Kara. I wanted to try that combo and I just bought some apricots for the Nessa Bars, and I've got a little feta left, so that salad is what I'll have for lunch tomorrow.

Hey, no problem. I was on a salad kick last week. I dubbed it "Week of the Lunch Salads"!
