Hello everyone how was your weekend?

GG: out of coffee what is that all about?lol

We went to billings on Saturday and Sunday the kids and I took a quick road trip to Riverton.

DH acted a bit different until he asked about our oldest last night then he was mad at me. heck I told him what chris thought not my problem. I go see the attorney today just to know where I stand is all. Should be a broke experience.

Good morning. It's a slow start here today. There's tons I need to do, I just can't find the motivation!

Sheila: Good luck with the attorney. From now on if your husband wants to know what your children think, tell him to ask them. Being the middleman is probably not a good idea. You know, shoot the messenger and all.

GG: Sorry about the coffee! Thank goodness that's the one obsession I didn't pick up. I hope you got a lovely cup on the way to work.

OK, off to tackle some of these chores!

very quick check in....just got off the treadmill...need to go get ready for work and get my little guy up!

well...since saturday (thanks ladies for your support and suggestions) i talked to the program manager yesterday...he is supposed to call me back first thing this morning..i told him what happened and he needs to talk to dominics case counselor and one other person (cant remember who he said) and find out how to handle it...he said they usually try not to tell kids this kind of news during their 30 day blackout cause it might make them want to run..which i completely understand..but as i told the program manager last night, if dominc finds out from some other kid in the program he is not going to be ok with that...so the program manager is going to call me today and let me know if they are going to tell him or not..he said when they give kids this news they do it with the program manager and the case counselor...and together they tell the child the news...i also told him that dominic is going to need some info on sickle cell anemia, as he doesnt have it and probably knows nothign about it...and i dont want dominic to worry that is ti something he might get (dominic is half black)...so hopefully it will all work out today...thanks again and i will check back later if i can...have a great day

Okay - Day 1, here we go again.

Didn't have a terribly bad breakfast - 4 pancakes + a yogurt, then my coffee when I got to work. But my problem isn't when I'm at work. I behave quite well here -- it's usually evenings and weekends when I get BORED. *sighs*

Exercise, I failed (once again) to even consider getting anything in the morning. Just no energy/motivation at 6am to get on the treadmill OR to go outside for a stroll. I guess I'm just not a morning person. That being said, I plan is to, yes, go for my lunchtime stroll. I might even get in an evening stroll but we'll see.

Had a horrible weekend. I got in a blue funk and moped around and wasted a beautiful Saturday. I actually talked myself out of doing something around the house, using the 'excuse' that we didn't have the money to do it after the recent vacation. (I am stressing a little about the trip because I'll have to dip into our line of credit to pay for it. Not a huge deal, but I don't want to get comfortable doing that because it's a slippery slope...) Anyway, ended up just watching TV on Saturday and spending Sunday Afternoon looking at plants and stuff at the local nurseries....but buying nothing.

Anyway, back to work. Take care everyone. We'll see how long I can manage to "stay strong" this time.

:L

Hi All! Just a quick one again until things die down today...Mondays...crazy Mondays...

Christina/Roo (see your PM)/Sheila:

Sheila-I agree with Karen about staying out of the middle. I'm so confused how he goes from pulling over on the side of the road to get 'er goin' on and now he's being a total buttmunch.... WTF? He can't blame it all on the recent hardships in life-he needs to get smacked!

GG: Hello my fellow caffeine addict! I had one 20 oz. Pepsi this weekend and one 32 oz. fountain Coke. But, I also drank 2+ gallons of water on top of that!!! How are you doing muffin?

EVERY OTHER ONE OF MY LITTLE GOOBIE JELLY BEANS: C'mon girls (and Ken)! Let's kick these pounds right in the old crack! Bust away those extra chunks! Yeehaw!

Love, MO

OK, much coffee, a shower and a couple hours of awake time later, here I am again. My tummy doesn't feel right today. I can't put my finger on it, but it just feels funny. (NO, I'm NOT!!)

Roo, I'm with you on the morning exercise. I'm sure I would feel better if I did it, but I just can't get up any earlier than I already do. I'm cranky enough when the kids wake me up before 6!

Christina, I hope the people listen to what you're saying and get everything prepared for Dominic.

Hello to everyone!

hey all, i'm back. I did get a nice cup of espresso on my way to work...and it wasn't half bad. I did like it. So that made it good. About how i'm holding up...very very stressed...we packed so much last night...we ran out of boxes..ugghh another trip to the liquor store for the smaller boxes and thank goodness we have a huge shipment today and tomorrow at work...more sturdy boxes. I'm definately ready for this crap to be over. We are selling our king bed tonight...uggh so that means no more good night sleeps until we get to ALT. Oh well at least we don't have to move it. I'm surviving...but definately barely...and my eating is crap right now...i figure i'm not going to worry until i get to ALT...right now there's way too much going on.

Good luck roo - hang in there and we know you can do it.
lauren - hope you feel better.
Mo - are you still feeling sluggish...or are the meds working>?\
christina - i think its good to talk to his counsilers...they probably know what is best
hey to everyone else..i guess i'm going to browse for a while...bye all

GG: Yeah, this morning I feel great...but I did have about 4 days in a row where I was really struggling! I think my caloric intake was too low and that that was the issue...not the meds. I thought I was doing good but when I added them up...I was only hitting about 850! NOT GOOD. So, yesterday I ate more substantial small meals and did this morning too and even on very little sleep I feel pretty great. Thanks for asking! Running out of boxes is a pain in the rear! Just when you're ready to get a whole crapload done...you have to stop in the middle of progress! Grrrrr....

Roo: Let 'um talk!

Lauren: Is Ice Princess on your myspace Nelie from here, or are they two different people? Seems like I've heard that nickname around 3FC before...and if it's not, I am NOT calling someone "Ice Princess" to be mean....just asking is all.

My day has been pretty good. Except for the poo incident in the men's room and my crazy co-worker proving well, she's crazy.

Oh and the crying 4 year old running to the fence to tell her mommy goodbye was pretty heartwrenching this morning. Yeah, that would be mine crying after me! Breaks my heart.

On the good news, it looks like hubby may have the opportunity to switch jobs at work. It would be a bit less pay but less stress which would be good for him. So I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it happens.

MO, that's Stevi (stevi-rocks), she used to post here...but she deserted us. Nelie is one of our Mods here.

Leigh, dare I ask about the "poo incident"??

GG, when do you move?

hahahaha! To make a long story short, we moved into our new offices about 4 months ago. Every since we moved in the toilet in the men's room has not worked. The landlord has never fixed it. But the guys still go in there because the urinal works.

Well, a stomach bug has graced our office. Apparently the summer intern, who is female, thus has no knowledge of the unworking toilet, came down with the bug on Friday and used it. And used it maybe a few times? Then she left and has not returned (she called in today). So our supervisor went in there and smelled something. So he opens the lid and almost throws up. He walks out of the bathroom, green, gagging and pointing towards the door. He finally tells us.

But the best is, the landlord sends over his receptionist with a plunger and instructions to plunge the toilet. Then she comes out of the bathroom gagging loudly announcing she is returning to the office to call a plumber.
