Hello,

My name is Jennifer. I was heavy all my life. I am married and a mom of a five year old. My highest weight was 239.75 pounds. Being overweight defined my whole life until January of 2004 when I lost 102 pounds after I took a job w/ LA Weight Loss as a counselor. My lowest weight was 136.8 about a year ago. I took a new job in May and have been struggling since I lost my accountability. That is why I have sought this forum out. It took me three years to lose the weight. My center is not accepting new clients right now or I would join as a member. Please help me. I can't go back and I'm feeling a little terrified right now. I am struggling to get back on track and am hanging around the low 160s. I know you all have probably had times when you needed some help and can relate.

Hi Jennifer! I have a five year old, too. He is stressful!

This is a great place for motivation and support. I never would have believed I would have felt so accountable to people half way around the world, but it's working for me!

I hang out in the South Beach part of the forum because that's the eating plan I'm following, and the ladies down there are great, but I do believe there's an LAWL section as well.

I'm sure you'll find a place you fit in perfectly! Congrats on the great loss you've already had!!!
