Default Fitday Question...

I finally got around to creating a fitday account, But noticed there are no fields for entering sugar content in foods. Does anyone have the "paid" software and if so, is there a field for that or can you create one?
TIA,
Cat

I don't have the paid version - I'm curious to hear the answer to your question. I just started using my fitday account again. It never occurred to me that maybe the paid version allows sugar to be tracked. Would be nice.

Hi, I have the paid version. It doesn't track sugar. I have looked and haven't found a way to customize it so that it will.

Thanks, Tammy! What do you think of the paid version otherwise?

I like it a lot. Custom foods are much much easier. For this alone, it is worth the money. There are many more reports available.

But you cannot import anything from the web version, so if you have a lot of things entered online, you can't move it over to the PC version. Also you can't make it public, since it's stored on your PC. I don't think the database of foods is any larger than it is online. I do a lot of cooking from scratch so I create lots of custom recipes. All of the basics that I use in my recipes are definitely there, but some brand name things are not listed.

I decided to go ahead and get it..hey, it's cheaper than a meal out and I really want to get more precise on tracking what I'm eating to figure out why the plateau.
