Hi Katrina,
Well I was born and raised in (small town) Indiana, and my partner was as well. (But in Indianapolis) I have traveled all over the United States and realize I live in the one of flattest, unattractive states in the nation.
As I age, I am becoming more and more tired of the cold and of having to live 4 months of my life every year trapped inside my home due to weather. Finally, I live in one of those states that are overall NOT very accepting and tolerant of others not exactly like themselves. We call it the "Stepford" wife look, and can spot it a mile away LOL..

The ideal location of our choice would be Iceland or Canada for various reasons, but then again, it won't get any warmer there. I have thought South Carolina looked appealing, but not sure how accepting there are either. Oh well, my kids are in a nice safe neighborhood and we are close to stores and close to the city without being IN it... so maybe I need to quit complaining and look around at the GOOD things I DO have as far as location. Wife will be going for her PhD in the next couple years anyway, we will probably HAVE to move somewhere else then.
As far as my weight loss: Why is it I FEEL like I have been doing SO good working out, and watching what I eat, it SEEMS like I will look in the mirror and see MAJOR changes, but I see little TINY places where I MIGHT be showing signs of improvement, I am glad that this is happening, but I hate it that is has to be so SLOW....
Okay, time to get to work for me!!
