Hey all! Im Alana Jo and I am 26. Im happily married to Michael, 30. We have 2 boys 5 and 2. I found this site in 2002 and Ive been back several times. This time Im here to stay though. I have 100lbs to loose and I am bound and determined to do it this time. I want to be in a size 14 again. Not at 24!

Ive done WW in the past. Right now Im not really going by a plan just eating healthier and exercising.
