Hey, I thought I'd say hello here. I'll be starting my weight loss tomorrow. Not exactly a "diet". All I'm doing is cutting out bad stuff, especially the pop.
I'm hoping to lose 80lbs, but 100lbs is how much I want to lose overall.
getting rid of pop is awesome, it's one of those things you can completely eliminate and absolutely live without (not saying it won't be hard at first!) and you'll cut tons of calories! sweeeeeeeeeet!!!
