Default I'm so silly sometimes...

I just spent the last 2 hours writing all my totals from Daily Plate (fat, cals chol,fib..you know), my "number of calories burned", and my weight for that day. I went back to when I started and wrote EVERYTHING. So from now on I can just add it to my notebook.

In another section of the notebook I put my total calories. Then behind it I put if I am over or under my goal of 1427 and how much so.

In another part I made a graph of my weight. Then I put the dates of all the days through Dec when I will be weighing in. That way I can just put it back there and have quick access.

I also put my meaurements on the days that I took them. I wrote how much the difference was from the last weigh in and how much I've lost total.
I've decided I'll just do my measurements on Sunday mornings when I weigh in.

So, who else has done this? Do you think I'm a big dork now?

I think that's awesome!

I have this huge notebook of articles that i ripped out of magazines and pasted on paper. I love it, it has so much good information.

I haven't done it, but it sounds exactly like something I would do on a rainy day. It's not dorky! Okay, well...maybe a little...but there's nothing wrong with that!

It might be dorky to someone who is skinny and has no "diet" cares or someone overweight that is happy with their weight...but to those of us who are trying to lose weight...it's a perfect idea!! I don't do exactly what you do, but i do log in all my foods on fitday and i have a notebook at home that i write down my weight and all of my measurements. And i try to make it just once a month that i measure and write down all my measurements and subtract from the last month so i can see how many inches i lost that month. I also keep pictures of me in this notebook. Every 10 pounds i am going to put on my 2 peice bikini and take my picture in it so i can see how my stomach shrinks. so far i have me at 165 and 155...so the next pic will be 145, then 135, then 125 (if it's not falling off of me by then.lol). I can't wait!!!! But this weekend i could see a change in my shoulders. They are starting to look a little more defined instead of rounded by fat. And even though my waist has only changed by 2 inches...i swear i can see how much smaller i am getting. I still look fat...wait till i post these pics (when i hit goal) and see how much of a pot belly i have!!! YUCK!!!!

I had my hubby take pics my 2nd week and then Sat but I look bigger i the recent one. It has to be what I'm wearing because I'm 5 pounds lighter. LOL!

The bikini is a great idea! You wouldn't want to see me in a bikini right now!

Lumifan4ever....I am a couple inches shorter than you but our goals are about the same. (Once I hit 150 I'm reevaluating things and thinking 130 is the goal goal sonner or later.) Anyway, when did you start? How much has come off each week. You are such an inspiration since the numbers are so similar. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
