I am starting week 3 today.

I know, big whoopie ding. But no, seriously. It's a HUGE deal for me. Most of my "diets" last 2 weeks at most. And after I weighed in this morning and was up 2 from yesterday even if I m down 2 from last week I would normally get bummed and quit.

But, as bummed as I am I'm going on. This is a new week and I'll be back to 188 and even lower. No giving up this time!
I have also been on vacation from work so that's been a big problem. I walk MILES everyday at work. And with exercise on top of that I should melt more pounds again this week.
I WILL hold my head up and make it to the low 180s by the time this month is over.
